JP Saxe is a sixteen year old singer/songwriter/music lover. At 13 he began playing jazz and rock piano, though his early childhood was filled with classical music. Inspired by his involvement with free the children and the throws of teenage existence, JP's songs range from thoughtful social commentaries to light hearted comedic love stories. At age 14 JP connected with fellow teenage musician Jesse Gold. The two of them along with Jack Emblem went on to form the band 'blacklight.'. 2009 was JP's first year playing professionally around Toronto in piano bars, jazz clubs and festivals, just the beginning of what is expected to be a lifelong musical career.
